What Breed and Gender is this 9 week old chick

At 9 weeks old, he's too young to have male saddle feathers, but he will grow them. His coloring, both on his face and across his wings, says cockerel.
Now, he has a rose comb, rather than the pea comb that would be appropriate for a brahma. His legs are gloriously feathered, more like a cochin than a brahma... but they have single combs. I'm gonna call him a cross.
