What breed and gender is this?

I know this is not a good picture but its the only one i have. Also this was taken a couple of weeks ago, and she/he got some brown on his wings. We got this one at TSC in a bin that said Red Pullets but to me it looks like a rooster. What do you think? This was at 8 weeks old.

Hmmm...... That comb and those wattles look very suspicious for being 8 weeks old. Can you get some recent pics?

Definitely a cockerel, maybe a Red sex-link?

I think it looks like the cockerel from a red sex-link mating.

Thanks everyone for the replies and i found out it really was a red sex link because we got two hens from the same bin that were different in color from this one. Thanks again everyone!
