Chicken 3 and 4 look like California whites or leghorns (I am very BAD with breeds so it’s a blind guess)

so far they all look like females...what age are they?

How old? the first one looks too young to sex. If they're only about 4-5 weeks then they're too young to reliably sex.

Honestly I’m not 100% on age. The 2 blacks are 4-5 weeks but the whites are about 6 weeks. I’m not too worried about gender right now, mostly just wonder about the breeds.

Without knowing their age, this response is merely a guess, but here goes:
First photo, I am guessing Australorp, assuming clean legs and white soles of feet. Pullet
Second photo, Sapphire Gem, pullet
Chicken 3 and 4 are some kind of leghorn cross, either Austrawhites or California Whites, both appear to be pullets.
If these birds are less than 6 weeks of age, then genders can still be up in the air, but they all look like pullets so far.
