Can anyone tell me the breed and sex of the brown chick? Both pictures are of the same chick. I know the parents, but the chick has black legs and none of my chickens have black legs. I thought there may be another breed of chicken mixed with the chickens I have that may have black legs. It also has black eyes, which none of my chickens have. He/she is 5 weeks old. The mother is a barred rock. The father is either a golden laced wyandotte or black sex link. The chick has some of the coloring of the GLW, but looks nothing like them.
