What breed and is it a rooster?

This gal/guy is 12 wks wondering what it is and hoping it’s not a rooster cause the colors are so beautiful 💜

Mixed breed of some type. Could be a rooster, but not quite sure - can you get a close up in-focus picture of those hackle and saddle feathers? Might put your hand or a piece of paper under them so we can see if they're rounded at the ends and fat, or if they're slender and pointy at the ends (male specific). Around 15 weeks most birds have male specific feathering, so if you're not sure, a few more weeks should give an answer.

We just got chickens in February or new to this but I'm going by the tail plumage so it looks like a hen to me. Just watch to see if it starts mounting your other chickens I guess. That's how we found out that are one blue Australorp was a male at about 8 weeks other than the fact that our Easter egger rooster attacked it. Which was bizarre because it gets along just fine with our silky rooster.
