So my wife and I bought our house about a year or so ago and it came with a coop and four chickens.
Raised from chicks and very well behaved. There are two white ones, a brown one, and a black one.
By the way new to byc and taking care of chickens, so far I love these little guys!

Welcome to BYC! I'm crap at identifying breeds, but it looks like a Barred Rock (black and white one), and Easter Egger (brown one), and maybe two Brahmas (the white ones with the "Columbian pattern" and feathered feet). I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks so much! Are easter Eggers famou's for laying blue eggs? ...because one of these chickens has been laying blue eggs and we think it might be the black or the brown one.

Your brown hen is the Easter egger and your blue egg layer.

The white birds are light Brahmas, usually a creamy tan egg

I think the black and white bird is a Dominique, I think I see a rose comb. light brown eggs.

Welcome to the chicken side

The brown is an Easter Egger, the black a Dominique (I think I see a rose comb too, so Dominique instead of Barred Rock), and the white is a Light Brahma.

You guys are awesome thanks! They have this weird thing going too.. I mean they get along decently well but the two white ones pick on the brown one every day.
