I agree with MinnesotaNice, it's hard to see the comb, but the breed is a Silver Sebright Bantam.

I agree with MinnesotaNice, it's hard to see the comb, but the breed is a Silver Sebright Bantam. 

It has no comb nor wattles yet. So I'm thinking its a pullet.
