What breed are my chickens

[Newbie needs help]

Hi Guys,
I am a newbie and I have just got these beautiful chicks.
I am not sure what bred they are so I am hoping someone on here can help me out
Not very good photos of the last two - but best I have on my phone right now.
I think they may be crosses... but i have no idea LOL

I'd say Silkie/Bantam Cochin mixes. The light colored cockerel looks like he could be a pure Bantam Cochin.

Oh sorry - you must be from across the pond. I have a bad habit of not looking at location before answering.

Bantam Cochin = Pekin here. So yes, Pekin/Silkie mixes. The light colored one being a pure Pekin.

Ah ha! Thank you for that. I get so confused between Pekin, Silkie, Bantam, Cochin. I dont know the difference between them all. I will have to get on google!

And now I am even more confused, because either the Black Frizzle one or the Grey one has laid eggs and they are blue in colour.....

Oh wow! If they are laying blue eggs, something else is in the mix.

I am 99% sure it is the Black Frizzle type. I tried to google and there aren't many chicks that lay blue eggs. Apparently the Araucana does so maybe the black frizzle type has that breed mixed in.
I have 4 in the incubator and there are 2 in the chick house so I guess I just have to wait and see

That would be my first guess too. On both accounts.

I agree although the first one looks like a frizzle Cochin mix and if your getting blue eggs than there probably part Easter egger or americauna
