What breed are these ducks?

I need help figuring out wha breed these ducks are. When they were chicks they looked like mallards. Now they are about 2 months old and bigger than any mallard.

Khaki campbells are much smaller and are brown (khaki) Colored birds. These look like muscovy ducks to me.. not sure what kind Maybe a barred Muscovy duck...
