What breed are these I'm stumped lol

Some are solid black to and I just can't figure out what they are or the sex on them they just turned A month old today

They look like Black Australorp chicks. They are too young to sex at this point. I would post their pics again in about 3-4 weeks. By then their gender should be much more obvious.

Thank you I've been kinda wounding if it might be them. but wasn't for sure lol. first time chicken owner ,I adopted them from someones kid that got bored with them so basically I have 12 baby's now there very sweet, is it normal for some to have black legs and kinda grey colored legs?

You're welcome. With hatchery quality BAs, the black/gray leg color can vary quite a bit.

Your welcome there getting to big now for there mini coop so we are trying to get the biger one put to gather I have two leg horn hens that are five months old that are real laid back I hope they will get along with the younger ones I have to wait though to they put some more size on them lol
