Friend gave me some eggs to hatch and this what came out. He gave me 7 eggs and only three hatched. He doesn't know what they are and I sure don't either. He has over 100 chickens and really does care what they are as long as they lay eggs.

Here are some pics maybe someone on here can tell me what mix they are.

They are cute lillte buggers. If he has his chickens mixes they are probably mixed as well.

I dont know...but the little muddle colored black one looks ALOT like my little silver laced wynadotte (sp?) baby

The black ones with the big, wide looking combs I'm not sure of. Those combs look like cusion or walnut combs, honestly. They're not Wyandottes though.

The black ones with the white dots on their heads are Barred Rocks.

By the way, I see a boy in there. ..

Thanks, the guy that gave me the eggs said he has more Barred Rocks than anything else. So, I guess it would make sense that that is what they are.

Do you remember what colored eggs they hatched from? I would agree with 2 barred rocks (lighter one being a roo) and the black legged one looks a lot like my blue andalusian when she was that small. Cute chicks anyway.
