Hello we just rescued these little chicks from an Easter sunday service. I have a flock of all adult birds, and have never had little chicks like this... it's been a fun experience!!! Any Idea as to what breed these little guys are?

I have 7 grown laying hens - six or seven jumbo eggs a day 7 days a week - and some juvenile chicks coming along. I love the breed. They are very personable with people and have good "flock etiquette". When I introduce newbies to the layer flock the BRs will keep order if any of the others try to bully the newbies. I only wish they would go broody - those big ole fluffy butts could brood 20 eggs easy!!

I currently have 22 hens and 2 roos, most of my hens are rir, although I have a few different ones... but this is part of my current flock, these six new little ones will definitely give some pazaz to my yard!!

some of the red girls and some of the turkeys enjoying some fresh greens!
