what breed are these roosters?

I was told it was a duckwing old english game bantam roosters
I have not found any of the duckwing breeds that look like them

Bantams?

The blue legs and white ear lobes point towards Dutch. The picture is a bit small. Are they self-blue(lavender) or Porcelain. Dutch in these colors are mixes from Old english. Hatcheries are mixing them to get different colors of Dutch, but it messes up their type.
