I just got these two chicks and want to know their breed, one is 2 weeks old, other is 3 weeks old, they where from a young boy who got them from school but couldn't keep them so they gave them to me, I know i'll most likely need to wait until their older to tell though, also I'm pretty sure they are pullets am I correct?

I tried to get lot of photos so it would be easier to tell, also I put them in the brooder with my 2 and 3 day old chicks for only like 5 - 10 minutes and they where really hot and panting already, should I just keep them my room without a heat lamp, i'm not sure if the previous owners gave them a heat lamp or not
anything thank in advance for any answers :)

Also any idea what wrong with this chick?

It's like the other pecked at it or something, there is a small scab/cut above the eye and there's a patch of no feathers/fuzz on the wing and i think it missing some skin too but can't get a good look, is it possible the other chick is pecking her? the other, larger and older chick doesn't have any cuts

Yes, the other could be pecking her for sure, especially if she already had something there that may have even been because of an injury caused by something else. I would separate that chick immediately! The other could literally peck it to death. That's what chickens will do if there's any blood or scab of any sort. And eventually the chicken will even peck itself. And I to believe they are pullets. But I'm no expert on that one.

They may be Red Sex-Links. Or, they may just be mixed breeds. It is too young to tell gender for sure, but they are looking like pullets.
