The proportions of the bird say otherwise though, if you compare yours vs the image bantams have a smaller rounder face, shorter beak, much smaller combs, etc. Your birds have the standard long beaks, normal sized heads, XL leghorn combs. I'll find a comparison picture if I have one from my old girl although she is a different color of leghorn, but I can guarantee your birds are not bantams. If you get a weight that would be helpful but while they may be smaller than what you're used to its not a bantamThey were kept in a 6x6 pen with a decent size coop and like a 6x3 area under the coop. Never free ranged always penned up
I have to say there living condition overall was very dry, no mud, but plenty shade, and a fan with ventilation also.
