What breed are these???

Any idea what breed these ducks are? Full grown. They are supposed to be pure bred, but the guy at the store didn't know what was what. the breeds they advertised were khaki Campbell, blue sweds, and peking. I know they aren't peking. The one that is further away has a tuft on her head that has never gone away. The one in front has a white band on the neck.

Welsh maybe and one is crested.....Crested are a deformity of the skull....Not closed...

The white band at the neck is unusual, but they certainly look like my khaki drakes.
