What breed are these???

So I bought some "Australorp" chicks a while ago, surprise they are not Australorps. We have been trying to work out what they are.

Firsts one looks to be black copper marans pullet. Your cockerel could be a birchen marans but the pic is a bit fuzzy on my phone.

 

[Amer]

First looks like a black copper Marans pullet. Second may be Marans mix? Maybe both are mixed.

 

[Gray Farms]

Look like a Black Sexlink female and a crossbred male to me.

 

[Brahma Chicken5000]

Black Sex Link pullet and a mixed breed cockerel.
