What breed are these?

I bought 5 chicks from a pullet bin at ATWOODS marked as buff Orphington. I was told by some they are leghorn but they are getting black flecking on their wings and necks now. Could they be Delaware? They are 3 weeks now.

The one with the big comb is a cockerel. They look like boilers...kinda or some kind of meat bird.

I'm out in the sun so can't see pics real well but yes one is a cockerel and Idk not seeing the black specks but that also sounds like Austra Whites
