I agree with the above quotes. The chick is too young to identify its breed with any real degree of accuracy as there are a number of breeds that have chicks that look similar to yours including Black Copper Marans, Black Minorcas, Black Sex Links, Black Australorps, etc. I would recommend posting its pic again in about 6 weeks. By then the breed (and perhaps the gender as well) should be obvious.The photo is still pretty blurry and dark, so it is hard to be certain; plus a lot of chicks look similar at this age.
You may need to wait until it gains most of its adult feathers and resubmit a photo, or scan through the feathersite.com looking at those breed possibilities as it grows. That site is really good about showing photos of all stages of the breed.
