What breed do I have

[Kentucky Fan]

I picked up two poults of heritage chicks from rural king to go with my new crew of laying hens. my wife picked them out because she loves our current turkeys and wants to be more involved this year. One of the two she picked appears to be a heritage gold from Hoovers but the other is perplexing me.

The breed is Turkey. The pictured one looks to be some kind of mixed variety.

Artisan Gold is just a brand name that a specific company has placed on their Black turkeys.

Looks like some kind of Bourbon Reds.
