What breed fits this description?

I'm looking for solid black chickens that look almost shiny that lay blue (blue-ish) eggs, but i have no idea what the breed is. Could someone please tell me what breed this could possible be? Thank you in advance!

No clue..legbars and EEs lay blue eggs. I'm not sure if any other chickens do, and neither of those are usually black, but EEs come in every color and pattern as they are mixes..
