What breed/gender is Smoke?

I have an approximately 8 weeks old chicken. Thinking Brahma or Cochin. The guy I got it from didn't know. I also am unsure of gender. Any help appreciated.

Looks like a pullet! as for the breed it looks like a black cochin!

Thanks guys! When she was younger, we were thinking cockerel based on stance and behavior, but as she has gotten older I was switching my opinion to pullet but wasn't sure as I am new to birds.
