What Breed/Gender????

12 weeks ago I adopted 5 baby chicks. I have been able to identify 3 of them as 2 Black Australorps and 1 RIR. The other two I think are EEs, but I am not sure, but I am sure they are the same breed. One in particular looks like she may be a he!!!!! I have attached pictures of the one I suspect of being a roo. Please let me know if you have any idea of the breed, and if you think I may have a roo.
