What breed is he?

He's beautiful. The lack of wattles is odd, though. Maybe he lost them in a fight or accident?

If his parents are wild then he's probably very mixed in ancestry. People release different kinds of chickens into the wild or they go feral on their own, and the survivors interbreed.
he used to fight a lot when he was young.i don't remember him ever having large ones but he has these tiny weird looking wattles.he might have gotten injured.

This is a more close up picture where you can see his wattles never seen any like that but I never really took note of it until now.

one time he even tried taking on his father. His father has gone through a lot though.he once got stolen by my neighbours and they cut off his comb stripped his legs of feathers and were fighting him.i only figured out where he was when I got home and realized his hens were alone after some time I heard him crowing and recognized his crow after all i had him for 2 years he is three now and he recovered from that incident, I personally don't fight my roosters but where I live its very popular people go around and just take any fowl they get I dont mind most of the time but he is my favourite rooster and I would never let them take him,

Yes, he is some sort of gamefowl or gamefowl cross. In the states we would call these American Game- although I don't know what lines they have in the Carribean. Most feral chickens are mostly or entirely gamefowl. Short wattles are not uncommon. Nice looking bird, I'm sorry that your neighbors took your other rooster but I'm glad you got him back.
