What breed is "Pigeon"?

This grumpy-looking little guy was sold to me as a blue Silkie chick before I knew much about chickens. He is tiny. Do you guys have any idea what he is, or could he just be a mutt? His tail feathers are much longer and more curved towards his head now than they are in the second picture.

The color is lavender, it's a bantam and looks kind of gamey,

Lavender is Self Blue

You rooster looks to be a Self Blue Old English Game Bantam

Could also be self blue. I'm a novice, I only said lavender because your is the same color as my lav orpington rooster
