What breed is she really tho ...

So this little lady is about 7 weeks old and when i got her she was a day old chick. I was told that she is a brown leghorn, however she does not look like one. Any ideas on what breed she is?? Maybe a red sex-link or Isa brown..?

Agree, they go by many names, red sex link, production reds, Cinnamon Queens, red stars, or simply brown egg layers from moyers.

That's what I thought, feed stores usually mislabel their chicks. I also meant to say Red Sex Links are a hybrid, I just wasn't thinking.

Lol yeah thats probably what happened. We also got a light brahma "pullet" from them (formerly known as little mamma) and recently we had to chance HIS name lol
