I would agree that she is most likely a Black Sex-link. I have seen hens with that much color on them.

All Easter Eggers do not have muffs or beards. I have owned several clean-faced Easter Egger's myself. Because of their Ameraucana heritage they often sport them, but muffs and beards are not definitive when identifying EE's.
