What breed is she?

She's beautiful with gold neck feathers feet are yellowish with black lines. I got her at TSC and she is 9 wks old. Supposedly black Australorp but she is colored different from the others and smaller

Yes, looks like a black sex link to me as well. They look very similar to Australorps as chicks, so easy to mix up.
