She looks like an Ayam Cemani, like I already said.

An Ayam Cemani shouldn't have a fifth toe on its foot like this bird does (seen in the picture quoted above), and they are also generally leaner in build.

She's likely a Mystic Onyx, a hatchery hybrid with Silkie in their background.
