What breed is she?

Can anyone help me - We bought this little cutie from a Portuguese market and would like to know what she is! (we were told she's a bantam). She is still VERY small (around 11/12cm high). She's also the fastest chick I've ever seen, she acts more like a quail than a chick!
Any info would be much appreciated
