What breed is this 12 week old pullet?

My friend traded me this little black pullet for one of my roos. She got her as group labeled Cuckoo Marans pullets. I know she isn't a Cuckoo Marans but I don't know what she is. She is the flightiest chicken I have been around and even flightier than my little brown leghorn.

Looks like a Black Andalusian[non-show-recognized variety of Blue Andalusian] or a Black Minorca, should be able to tell from slight differences in body type and earlobe size when she is an adult.
