What breed is this bantam?

I have a bantam (I believe that's the correct term for a miniature) but I'd like to know what breed he is? Any thoughts?

Here's another photo of him, when we got our chickens he was one of two that were incubated by school students and brought to this man who raises and sells chickens among other kinds of birds.

I'm not to familiar with this kind, but it kinda looks like an old English splash

Thank you! I looked it up online and it looks like you may be correct. Perhaps I should just wait until he's a bit older to know for sure but from the looks of it I think you're right! Thank you very much!
