What breed is this chick/bird?

I know the chick on the right is a golden Laced sebright. The one on the left is the one in question and is also a bantam. He turned out to be a cockeral and is now 14 weeks. The problem comes, because I still can not figure out his breed. He has a spiked rosecomb but no white earlobes. He also appears to have lacing, but is not hen-feathered and the lacing seems to me more red than gold. I'm at a loss help?! I can post current pics of him later.

Looks like he could be an Old English Game bantam or a Sebright mix. His legs are the wrong color for Wyandotte.

From a hatchery? shouldn't he be purebred? I got him at tractor supply this spring they use Hoover and one other hatchery they said I forget what one.

He's a sebright, looks exactly like the one a got a few years ago from tractor supply, got two, both were not colored correctly, one was like yours, the other was blacker, hatchery quality, doesn't mean he's not a nice looking little rooster.

He's not a pure Sebright. Sebright cockerels are 'hen feathered.' They don't have male saddle feathers and hackles. This guy clearly has long, thin, pointed male saddle feathers.

Could it just be the poor hatchery quality? I thought I could rule out him being mixed breed BC he is from a hatchery. I saw another pic of a nonhenfeathered sebright roo on BYC somewhere...I think.
