What breed is this? Cochin or D'uccle?

NB d'uccles are booted bantams, and they're pretty uncommon...where did you get it from?

My vote goes for dark brahma as well...I had one that looked EXACTLY like that as a baby. I thought he was a cochin when I got him, then he grew up and sort of surprised us!

But if it has a single comb, I am stumped....

I have hatched millie fluer and other color d'uccle's, i get the millie from pambperedpoulrty on here, i got other d'uccle from some one on here but i cant remember who. But i also hatched cochin too. maybe the eggs got mixed up. That why ia m trying to figure out.

Do you think the crown will turn out not to be a single comb.

Right now it looks like it, but it does look very tiney so i could be wrong.

Maybe it is a brahma.

It reminds me of my dark Brahma when he was a chick, except he had a chipmunk stripe on his back. I would think it's probably a Cochin or a Cochin cross. Maybe it will be easier to tell when it starts getting feathers.

It could be a silver penciled cochin, they have the same feathering as a dark brahma but ofcourse single comb.
