What breed is this gander?

Hello. I wonder if anyone can help me identify the breed of this gander that was given to me. He's about a year old now. He doesn't look very typical of any breed I've found on internet searches. Could he be a mixed breed?

He looks like a mix of either African or Chinese and Toulouse, or pilgrim.
