What breed is this Guy/Gal

I received this chick has a free gift when I order my pullets. Said it is a rare breed. Please can u help on breed . I do believe it is a rooster.

He is pretty skittish. I haven't spent much time with as I would've liked too over the summer with the kids being home. So I have been going in there everyday and sitting with them hopefully they will come around.

Aww he will come around, most of them are a little skittish at that age. He looks like he might have a little bit of a cross beak happening, if it bothers his eating just clip a teeny bit off the bottom so the two halves line up better. If he's doing ok though just let it be.
