She's the last of the chickens that populated my place upon purchase. I thought she was a sex-link of some sort, but I have not found any references to support that. She's got yellow legs, single comb, and I don't know what color egg she lays or if she even still lays because I've never witnessed it.

I don't know where she came from. The lady that I bought the property from said that she and the other birds had been there when they bought the place. She's the last surviving one, the rest have died off over the past three years. I have a picture somewhere of the other birds. I'll try to find the disk it was on tonight and post the picture tomorrow if I can find it.

She is very pretty. I dont know the cross, maybe she isnt, I dont know. But she looks like a laying type breed. I love that color, especially on a big chicken, the big ones arent so easily molested by predators, so the white doesn't seem to hurt them so bad. Good luck with her, and let us know if she lays for you, and if you hatch anything off her.

She is a mixed breed. She appears to be laying based on the comb. I'd say a plymouth rock crossed with something else. She has the rock type, but an odd color, almost appears to have a slight hint of barring in her tail. I say just call her an Oklahoma Rock, lol.
