I have no idea what breed, but doesn't look like a leghorn to me...but I have only ever had hatchery white leghorns.

It is for sure a Brown Leghorn due to the white earlobes. If they were red he would be a Welsummer. He is quite handsome )

I agree the body looks a little on the heavy side for a leghorn, but everything else points there, so she must be!
