What breed is this little baby?

Got some new chicks the other day and I cannot figure out what this one could be? And is it rooster?

Got him from tractor supply. They said it was a bantam and I'm not sure how old... I'm guessing maybe 2 or 3 weeks... My husband and I think he looks like a chicken hawk...lol... And we hope it gets prettier...

I'm pretty sure that's an Old English Game Bantam silver duckwing Pullet. Not well-bred, if so; pullets should have darker eyeliner.

But the brown chest feathers do indicate pullet.
