What breed is this little guy?

This was my banty rooster, Dobby. He unfortunately got taken by a hawk last year, so I've always wanted to replace him- however, have not been able to find what his breed really is.

I suspect some sort of Old English Game Bantam. I'm not too familiar with their colors, but maybe a (poorly colored?) Red Pyle or White Tail Red?
