What breed is this one? I think its 6 weeks but not positive

I'm trying to figure out the breed of this chick. I bought it at a farm store 2 weeks ago and they said then it was 3-4 weeks old but they weren't sure which and when I asked the breed they said they didnt know which was which as they were sent random birds. Also hoping for help on gender, I asked at the farm store and they said Hen but I'm not sure that's correct

GLW - That's a lot of comb for a 6 week old - likely a cockerel.

That's what I thought. I really want it to be a pullet as Rooster's are banned where I live.
