what breed is this pretty girl?

I've had this black feathered legged bantam hen (not sure 100% if she is a hen) for a bout five months now. I just found out my little 16-year old bantam rooster's breed,(Old English Silver Duckwing game bantam) and I wanted to know hers. If you could help it would be great.

With the muffs, beard, feathered legs, and huge comb it looks like a D'uccle (pronounced dew-clay) cockerel. Are there any thin, pointed, shiny feathers on the back, near the base of the tail?

There are one of those kinds of feather on each of the back legs.
