What breed is this Roo

He is exactly a year old now.
I have no clue... Forgot which order he snuck in on

He looks like he ought to be a blue wyandotte but they don't have barring on them.

He does look to be a Wyandotte of mixed coloring.

Maybe he didn't come in with a mail order? Could this be his dad? He was our only Roo last year and we did hatch out a few batches with broody hens. Also we have 2 Wyandotte hens
