What breed is this rooster?

First picture: First bird on the left looks like a Welsummer, second looks like a Golden laced Wyandotte, I'm not sure what the blue one is. I think the last one is an Easter Egger.

I was told it is a mixed flock of easter eggers, rhode island red, and possibly another breed or 2

No RIR in any of those pictures. Do you know what color egg the brown on the left of the first picture lays? White would be a Leghorn, brown a Welsummer, and green or blue an EE. They grey bird could be your other EE, but its body shape makes me think it's something heavier like a Sapphire Gem or a Jersey Giant.

Since yall are amazing at naming breeds... care to confirm what I believe these hens to be?

There's a leghorn, Easter egger, and a jersey giant in the first picture, the one that looks like a jersey giant is the grey one in the back.I don't know what breed it is in the second picture, and in the last picture is a golden laced wyandotte
