What breed is this rooster? Some sort of game breed maybe? He just showed up at my house and decided to stay. There used to be alot of game breed chickens running around our neighborhood so maybe he's one of them. He's the first one I've seen with the spangled pattern though.

He's definitely an American Gamefowl. Possibly a Spangled Round Head, or Claret.

That's what I thought. Thank you! He's a pretty boy. I guess I'll get him some game hens and let him stay.

Not sure. Haven't been able to catch him yet. Hoping I can catch him tomorrow.
