What breed is this rooster?

I was wondering what breed this might be. When we bought him, we were told that he was a D'uccle but, he doesn't really look like a D'uccle to me.

Thanks for all the replies. When we purchased him we were told he was a D'uccle bantam. We ended up selling him when he was a chick. Recently we heard that he ended up being a full size rooster w/feather feet and we were just curious what he was.
