What breed is this Rooster?

We just got 3 new chickens from a bird swap, & we were told they were all Buttercups. The two hens are definitely Sicilian Buttercups, but the Rooster just can't be. Lol. He matches a Silver Duckwing Buttercup description, BUT..... he has boots! Buttercups are supposed to have bare legs. So, does anyone know what he is? Thank you!

He's probably a Brahma mix.
