Looks like a Polish rooster

Both looks alike but has a cap. Trying to find out the exact breed

It has a V comb, Polish have V combs...

The bird in the video is a Polish rooster. The reason you may think it doesn't look like pictures you've seen of Polish, is maybe you've been looking at Polish hens. With Polish, hens and roosters have slightly different crests. Hens are more rounded. Roosters have 'rock star' hair.
