It breeds true whatever it is.. It's a bit bigger than mottled Cochin bantam's

I think it maybe a Cochin/Polish (or Cochin/Houdan) cross.

It's hard to tell from the angle, but to me it looks to have a buttercup comb, not a V comb. He's probably got a few different breeds in him.
