It is not a Plymouth Rock. What color are the legs/feet and what type of comb does it have? My first guess would be a Mottled Java.

Where is it from? Mottled Anconas are the most common breed with that appearance, but Mottled Javas also look similar

he has black dots on his feet.
I don't know about his comb.

Looks like a Game Bird mix

Not a Java either. Possibly a Cornish? Or another of the tight feathered breeds like Malay, Aseel, etc...
